The Stranded knitting part is an arrangement of positive and negative shapes that alternate. They add fundamental depth to the yoke pattern.
You will use German short to create a perfect fit for the neckline. And from there on you can enjoy a simple knitting journey in Stockinette Stitch.
To add a little fluffiness to the sweater the yarn for the contrast color is quite hairy. If you can’t get hold of the original yarn you could add a mohair threat to your contrast yarn.

GAUGE

24 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4”) rows in Stockinette Stitch on needle US 6 (4 mm) after blocking.
